We work hard to make sure each customer leaves with those unique memories you can only get from a live show...and that they want to return again and again!
As part of our Customer Experience Team you'll make this happen.
The charismatic and welcoming face of the company, you'll offer the highest standards of customer service and care.
You'll ensure we meet our financial targets by making customers want to return and by selling products and packages on the night, ranging from traditional programmes and ice creams to exciting new cocktails in our luxury bars.
Full of variety, this role is both fun and challenging.
You'll take responsibility for a range of tasks as part of a friendly, passionate and ambitious team, working in one of our unique venues with an ever-changing programme of events.
We are looking for candidates who have good availability to work on Friday nights and all day Saturdays.
The Victoria Hall was built in 1888 to commemorate Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee.
The Victoria Hall has now established itself as one of the most popular venues on the touring circuit and has played host to an impressive array of famous faces including Paul Weller, Anastasia, Jimmy Carr, Dizzee Rascal.
Built in 1929 by Provincial Cinematograph Theatres, Our second Stoke venue, the Regent Theatre initially served as a cinema.
It hosted live performances alongside films and was renamed 'The Gaumont' in 1950 under Gaumont British ownership.
By the 1990s, deteriorating conditions threatened closure, prompting the formation of the Regent Theatre Trust.
A 23 million, three-year restoration ensued and in September 1999 the Regent Theatre was officially reopened by Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II.
