Customer Experience Specialist – Winchester – Hybrid Our client is looking to hire a Customer Experience Specialist to spearhead the planning and delivery or the company's Customer experience project whilst working with key stakeholders to manage the day-to-day progress of the projects, designing and implementing digital solutions to optimise customer experience, ensuring they are dealt with appropriately and effectively first time around.
Your primary focus will be to lead the induction, planning, supervision, and delivery of multiple projects ensuring they are inside the budget scope and up to the required quality standards.
This role will involve developing and sustaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
A successful candidate will become a pivotal member of the team working collaboratively with staff across the business acting as a digital ambassador by promoting a digital first approach to identify potential opportunities.

This role is permanent The role is based in Winchester and is on site 3 days a week You can look forward to a salary of up to £50,000 26 days annual leave per year rising to 33 days - dependent on length of service Discounts at a range of major high street brands Required skills: Prince 2 Practitioner or equivalent Project Management Experience/ a degree or equivalent qualification Excellent communication and management skills Strong planning and organisational skills The ability to problem solves, logically and analytically.
