Due to recent and planned future growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual wishing to join a busy and expanding Customer Experience team in London.
Scope of Position
To manage all aspects of the international order book across multiple territories ensuring orders are fulfilled on time, in line with customer requirements.
That key stake holders are kept well informed regarding deliveries and solutions are proactively found to manage any issues that may arise to the customers satisfaction.
Responsibilities
•Customer onboarding
•Raising sales orders/Order processing
•Order book maintenance
•Customer reconciles and delivery schedules
•Order amendments
•Exporting and collating of customer product information
•Loading product information into external portals and exporting data and purchase orders
•Sending sales order confirmations
•Creating customer whiteboards in NuOrder
•Order fulfilment/Pick management and tracking – Making informed decisions on when to release an order to pick and the tracking ETA of stock.
•Raising financial Invoices and Proforma Invoices.
•Raising commercial Invoices
•Returns – Raising return request for faulty or incorrectly delivered goods
•Problem-solve issues arising with customers regarding all aspects of account management.
•Responsible for keeping internal customer process guides up to date
•Liaise regularly with various departments – Sales, Buying, Finance, Marketing
Skills
•High level of Excel skills and proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
•Languages desired but not essential
•Experience using SAP preferable
•Wholesale experience with accounts
