What youll be doing At Trinity Fire & Security we are looking to recruit Customer Experience Representatives to join our team to provide an exceptional customer experience to our National Contract clients.
Youll be doing this by proactively engaging with your customers and responding to any queries they may have throughout their journey with us.
Youll need to work closely with our scheduling team to ensure work is completed in line with our clients expectations through a variety of channels including over the phone and by email.
