Role Overview As a Customer Experience Manager, you'll drive top-tier service, harness technology to enhance customer journeys, and grow key accounts.
This role combines order management, customer relations, and strategic account development.
Responsibilities Efficiently manage and process orders.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring clear communication.
Elevate customer service standards.
Conduct customer meetings to support account growth.
Coordinate between manufacturing, dispatch, sales, and finance to streamline operations.
Embrace growth within the company.
Manage the Customer Experience team and ensure daily checklist actions are completed.
Ideal Candidate: Essential Skills Excellent verbal and written communication.
Skilled with sales and order processing tech.
Detail-oriented and proactive.
Minimum two years of experience managing a team.
Nice-to-Have Skills Background in bakery or food industry or FMCG.
Proven customer service expertise and leadership.
Eagerness to contribute across departments.
Strong business acumen.

Additional Info Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday- Friday, based in Farringdon HQ, with escalation support over weekends.
