Customer Experience Coordinator

Our client, a growing manufacturer and supplier of pumps and pump systems, is looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join their dynamic team based in Gloucester.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting customers, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
Manage Sales Order Processing (SOP) and Purchase Order Processing (POP).
Create and follow up on order acknowledgements.
Coordinate delivery schedules and provide updates to customers.
Handle returns administration and liaise with logistics, purchasing, and accounts teams.
Support production scheduling and project delivery coordination.
Answer and direct incoming calls professionally.
Requirements Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in data entry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
Proficient in IT, with a good understanding of common software tools.
