Job PurposeYour enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer care will ensure a warm and welcoming environment is provided within our Cultural Hubs and venues.
You will be driven by a commitment to deliver outstanding services within busy facilities, whilst maintaining the highest level of standards and contributing to an overall excellent customer experience.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR INTERVIEW, CANDIDATES MUST DEMONSTRATE ON THE APPLICATION THAT THEY MEET ALL ESSENTIAL CRITERIA OF THE ATTACHED JOB SPECIFICATION.Rate of PayRate of Pay £14.26 - £14.93 per hour Hours of work will be 26 hours per week.

This is a fixed term post until 31st March .Responsibilities and Our ValuesContributing to and delivering excellent customer service across East Ayrshire Leisure Trust, the Customer Experience Assistant will prepare and deliver a wide range of planned programmes, activities and events contributing to the design and delivery of innovative, modern and sustainable services.
