Customer Experience Advisor

Type: Temporary assignment until the end of March 2025 Working Hours: Availability to work between 9am - 7pm with flexibility at the weekend.
Office based with hybrid working once trained Rate of Pay: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour Responsibilities: * Handle incoming telephone calls and emails related to bookings, memberships, and general inquiries * Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive customer experience * Assist customers in resolving any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently Our client takes pride in fostering a warm and friendly work environment, where their team members are valued and supported.
