12 Month Maternity Cover Contract Woodland Group are recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at our Head Office in Chelmsford, Essex.
Reporting to the Administration Supervisor and working closely with the warehouse team and customers the Customer Service Coordinator acts as first point of contact for the customer and resolves any problems or concerns with the receiving, storing and shipping of goods.

Support the sales team by handling, processing and following up rate quotations within timescales set by Management;
Work with colleagues to continually improve processes and business performance;
Support changes in the role necessary to take the department and business forward; You have great communication skills both verbal and written, with great customer service skills;
You have the natural ability and enjoy building and maintaining strong working relationships;
You excel with a team environment as well as being able to work autonomously when required;
