Job Purpose The sales team is responsible for growing revenue and profit on all product and services supplied by Focus Group.
The customer engagement executive role is an integral part of the business, ensuring customers are kept up to date with Focus Group's product portfolio and upselling new features and additional services, tailored to each client.
The team are responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and are their day-to-day contact for adding services to their account.
