Partnering directly with IT developers to expand the digital services available across the Customer Communication Management (CCM) platform, focusing on delivering value add to customers and successful delivery of multiple objectives linked to Santander's Strategic Blueprint.
Working in an agile way, you will be key to the success of multiple key Santander initiatives for Customer Communication.
Inputting in to design of new functionality, defining reconciliation and control models, testing of build and then successful use, to support migrations and projects.
The difference you'll make: Moving together, you work collaboratively with IT to ensure services continue to evolve and influencing improvements in line with business strategy Embracing change, you write user stories and test scripts, ensure control models support to be, carrying out testing on IT builds in Pre and Pro, supporting successful integration in to live, training across wider team Updating and testing core blocks and shared content, regression test unchanged template components Embracing Risk pro, you will complete intraday and daily reconciliations for c700k communications per day to ensure all are delivered within expectations Raising awareness of incidents and provide support with root cause analysis by working with stakeholders, create preventative measures to ensure reduction in future incidents Delivering complicated communications, managing multiple stakeholders, creating briefs, build across all channels, customers with 100% accuracy in both testing and live environments What you'll bring: These are the essential requirements you need to be successful in this role: Experience of testing and /or using Quadient software specifically Inspire Interactive Ability to talk technically with IT developers and understand process flows Organisational and planning skills with the ability to work proactively and prioritise within tight timescales High attention to detail It would also be nice for you to have: Working knowledge of controls management Analytical/Numerical analysis skills Agile Project knowledge What else you need to know: This permanent role is based in Bradford.

To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).

This is a Monday to Friday 9 - 5 role with weekend & Bank Holiday cover one in seven, and some out of hours deployments as and when required.
