As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Group, Cotswold Outdoor collaborates with Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and top-tier products, all while promoting sustainability.
Please note this role is 40 hours per week. You will be required to work 1 in 3 weekends which will be working from home. How You'll Make an Impact: Manage the day-to-day workload of the Customer Care department. Drive the team to exceed targets. Identify and log continuous improvement opportunities. Engage with the team to create a positive department atmosphere. Maintain awareness of department activities and performance. Report on daily performance and track issues hourly. You'll Fit Right In If You Have: Proven customer service experience. Leadership experience in a similar environment. Excellent communication skills. High attention to detail.
