Customer Care Representative - The Role: To work closely within the Customer Care Team and with Sales Account Managers, in order to provide a full range of customer service and administrative support, together with working closely with both internal and external customers.
Customer Care Representative - Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for execution of customer order process (order handling, booking, PO verification etc) - Provide pricing and delivery information to Advanced Sensors Sales Account Managers and customers, using established quotations processes and tools - Develop product, application, and supply chain expertise to assist in supporting customer's product and delivery needs - Support new accounts and credit terms applications using processes and tools - Work with Sales Account Managers to support Sales Exhibitions - Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from internal and external customers - Creating and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and manual - Distribution of incoming mail for the site and management of outgoing mail Customer Care Representative - You: - 5 GCSEs (A - C) desirable - NVQ in Customer Service - desirable - At least 2 years' experience in a sales/customer service office environment essential - A confident user of the Microsoft Suite - Use of Infoflo is desirable, but training will be given - Create and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring adequate order coverage for - Top Customer Accounts; preferably by telephone but following up with email confirmation - Create and maintain relationships with internal customers/account managers and offering assistance where needed - Consistently apply problem solving/decision making skills, and relationship management skills, to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction - Effective communicator - Ability to work well within a team - Ability to manage and organise own workload ensuring deadlines and priorities are met - Ability to work effectively under pressure - Positive, can-do attitude and approach to all situations and problems.
