How will you make an impact in this role?
The American Express TPP (Third Party Processor) Disputes Outreach Team serves as a re-education contact point to ensure our TPP's are fully equipped to help and support our joint Merchants in getting the best outcome for their Disputes. Merchants whose Disputes are serviced externally to American Express have a much higher lost rate and the goal of the team is to change this.
We are looking for two individuals for this TPP Disputes Outreach Team who are highly motivated, fast learner and have a passion for supporting our TPP's with re-education and support.
The successful candidates will be responsible for:

TPP relationship management: build a strong relationship with our TPPs, so we have open communication for the best outcome on calls
Disputes analysis: review large and reoccurring volumes of Disputes to ensure weekly calls have most relevant data shared
Calendar management: ensure TPP's reoccurring meetings are scheduled and adhered to
Reporting: Provide regular reporting on payment success rates, key drivers & remediation efforts undertaken
Project support: Provide SME knowledge support for TPP Disputes related projects to ensure changes are implemented seamlessly & with sufficient testing completed
Process improvements: Identify ways for us to execute processes & enhance customer experience more effectively

Minimum skills & knowledge required. The ideal candidate is an individual who possesses:
Deep knowledge of Merchant Servicing with preferred knowledge on TPPs and Disputes
Ability to analyse data and implement changes to increase win rate
Strong growth mindset, highly accountable and self-motivated
Understanding of Customer First ethos and the American Express brand and products
Excellent problem solving, time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills as well as proven verbal & written communication skills
Must have a high degree of attention to details with very good sense of ownership and good decision making skills
