In this Customer Business Manager role, you will be accountable for leading our Kimberly-Clark Personal Care business across some of the most strategically important customers within the UK&I.

What will you be accountable for?
Reporting into the UK&I Country Leader, Enterprise Markets, you will have full accountability for achieving sales growth, share and profitability for a customer portfolio mix we can align to your career ambitions and experience levels.
You will be responsible for building consumer-led joint business plans that facilitate sustainable growth, for both the consumer and Kimberly-Clark.
Through collaboration with your cross-functional team, you will be developing activation plans to help unlock the category opportunities you have agreed with your customer.
You will use data to understand, interpret and own customer/channel performance, taking a proactive approach in quickly resolving any potential challenges to achieving objectives.
