GWR Waste Management is looking for a Customer and Operations Administrator to join our growing team in Keynsham, Bristol.

Your Role As a Customer and Operations Administrator , you'll be the backbone of our administrative operations and customer support.
Your role will include: Administration: Assisting with credit control and debt collection processes.
Processing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Supporting onboarding processes for new clients.
General accounts administration and data management .
Handling customer accounts and ensuring all records are well-organized and up to date.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring data accuracy across systems and processes.
Communication: Acting as the first point of contact for queries, both over the phone and via email, with a professional and friendly manner.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and support.
What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will bring: A proven background in administration and customer service (experience in waste management is a bonus but not essential).
Experience with credit control and operational processes.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
A confident and professional telephone manner.
Proficiency in handling customer accounts and administrative systems.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
