About the roleWe have an exciting new role within the Strategic Relationship Management and Customer Care Team for a Customer and Capital Engagement Administrator.
You will join a high performing team, providing support to the Customer and Assets teams.You will take ownership of providing day to day administrative support to the Strategic Relationship Management and Customer Care team to work through customer engagement plans and be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of our communication strategies and engagement plans run seamlessly.
You will be responsible for key admin duties including email and letter communications to customers, booking partner and public/customer meetings, planning and arranging event bookings, including related travel and accommodation.
You will also support partner engagement sessions and best practice forums, capturing actions and decisions, monitoring and chasing resolutions to open actions as required.Other admin duties will include the payment of invoices/purchase orders, tracking costs, and identifying opportunities to be more efficient and a key administrator of our Community Hub platform, responsible for creating and enhancing templates for projects and programs to provide effective updates for customers.About youThis role is ideal for an enthusiastic professional with experience in administration, meeting governance, attention to detail; with an opportunity to broaden knowledge in our Customer and Assets Directorates.We are looking for someone who is comfortable multi-tasking and managing multiple demands and prioritising effectively.You will be a strong communicator, with the ability to liaise comfortably and concisely with others inside and outside the organisation to build effective relationships at all levels.It would be amazing if you have previous experience of supporting large scale projects and have experience of working within a high performing team.Due to this being an admin role we are looking for someone who has a good level of experience within office applications including word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook and SharePoint.Here at Northumbrian Water/Essex & Suffolk Water, we embrace and value Diversity, Inclusion and Equity which means bringing your full self to work.
