A look into the role Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that high standards of customer service are achieved at all times.
As a Customer Advisor, you will be required to: Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
Ensure that stock is replenished daily while complying with the company stock rotation process.
Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
Make sure all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
Actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained at all times.
Cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
Perform any other duties as required for the role.
Skills for Success Dont worry if you have no previous retail experience well provide all the training you need!

Working Hours Part-time positions available between 12-20 hours per week, working within the stores opening hours of 7am10.30pm.
Availability to cover mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekend shifts will be expected.
