We're seeking a talented Customer Account Specialist to join their growing team!

About the Role:
As a Customer Account Specialist, you'll be the vital link between My Clients manufacturing operations and their valued clients.
You'll build and maintain strong relationships, process orders, and ensure smooth communication across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand client businesses and needs, building relationships via teams and email Respond to customer queries and liaise with relevant departments Process orders, handle changes, and communicate updates Collaborate with Production and Purchasing teams to meet deadlines Manage financial aspects including credit/debit notes Maintain accurate system information (price lists, quotes, BOMs, drawings) Review and update customer orderbooks Assist with sales forecasts and job costings Participate in production meetings Identify and escalate potential issues Create innovative solutions for client requests Assist with stock takes and audits Skills and Qualifications:
