Customer Account Executive - Trafford, Manchester
Location: Trafford, Manchester
Salary: £25,000-27,000 (DOE) + commission
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Office Requirement: 5 days a week in the office for the first 6 months, then moving to 3 days a week

We are looking for an Customer Account Executive and be part of a dynamic and supportive environment where you'll handle customer inquiries, manage orders, and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional client experience.

About the Role: As a Customer Account Executive, you'll be at the heart of customer operations, managing sales order processing and inquiries from our clients website, email, and phone.
You'll work directly with customers, providing quotes, fulfilling orders, processing sample requests, and handling any issues that may arise to ensure their clients are delighted with their products.
There will also be some complaint handling which would result after the order had been delivered as well as dealing with queries.
If you have had experience in selling stationery, or working in the printing/promotional industry, this will be a big benefit.
There is a lot of telephone work required in this role so anyone who is used to handling a high customer call volume and handling a large and varied workload will be ideal.
What You'll Do: Process customer orders, quotes, and sample requests Advise on product features, pricing, and lead times Coordinate with suppliers for bespoke orders and special requests Handle claims related to product quality, print issues, or delays Support internal teams such as Art, Finance, and Marketing to ensure smooth operations from order through to delivery What We're Looking For: Experience: At least 12 months in a customer service or sales role; experience in promotional products, stationary or printing is a big plus Skills: Strong communication skills, IT proficiency (Microsoft 365 or similar), proactive, organised, and resilient Mindset: Ability to thrive under a varied workload and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: Basic salary of £25-27k DOE + Comms 5 days in-office for the first 6 months, then moving to 3 days per week A supportive, learning-focused environment with regular training and development Opportunities to attend supplier briefings and industry events Interview One stage interview.
You will meet on-site with the Head of Customer Services and another member of the team.
This will be competency based, you will also be shown around the working environment.
