Customer Account Controller - 18 Months Fixed Term Contract, Hybrid, Milton Keynes£27K + 15% bonusOur client s looking to recruit a 'front-line' Customer Account Controller to join their team for a contract period of 18 months.You will have excellent customer care, handling by telephone and email, all orders, available stock, standing orders and making sure a first class level of service is delivered to their customers, to give maximum satisfaction on service.You will also be responsible for customer contracts and scheduling meetings to assess these regularly.Key Responsibilities:Make changes when necessary to pricing points and reviewing with customers.Ensure regular customer reviews on quality control and report to relevant dept.Reviewing levels of stock so customers don't run out of regular items.The ideal person will be – An excellent communicator both written and verballyUsed to handling sensitive and confidential informationAble to make timely and informed decisionsA good team playerEssential Skills – Minimum 3 years in a Customer Service roleThis is a great opportunity to join at an amazing time of expansion with a forward thinking business.Our client does not have a licence to sponsor visas, therefore if you need sponsorship please refrain from applying.
