DN Colleges Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Curriculum Lead to join our Adult Skills team, focusing on Access to HE.
This pivotal role involves developing and delivering a high-quality, innovative curriculum that meets the needs of our students.
If you are passionate about adult education and have a proven track record in curriculum development and team leadership, we want to hear from you.Scope and Purpose of the Role: As the Group Curriculum Lead, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated team to ensure our Access to HE curriculum is robust, engaging, and aligned with educational best practices.
You will work collaboratively across the DN Colleges Group to enhance the educational experience and outcomes for our students, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Design, implement, and continuously improve the Access to HE curriculum.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of delivery and support staff.Develop innovative teaching and learning strategies.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and teaching methods.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet the needs of adult learners.Manage the budget and resources allocated to the curriculum area.Ensure compliance with relevant funding rules and statutory requirements.Support student retention, progression, and achievement.Essential Criteria:Degree in a relevant subject.Level 2 or equivalent in English and Maths.Level 5 or equivalent teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).Proven track record of managing a team and developing curriculum plans.Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.Understanding of quality assurance processes and Access to HE programmes.Commitment to continuous professional development and equality, diversity, and inclusion.To apply for this post, click 'Apply now' - or for further information, contact Closing date: 28th JanuaryAs part of the recruitment process and in line with keeping children safe in education, we will conduct social media checks on shortlisted candidates.  Additionally, before commencing employment, all employees undergo safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS. Applicants must be authorised to work in the UK.
