Your Role:
As the Chief Technology Officer , you'll:

Serve as the Engineering Authority, ensuring technical precision, quality, and compliance.
Oversee product development, manufacturing advancements, and engineering team performance.

What You Bring
Proven leadership in engineering within UAV/ Drone / eVTOL - Essential Experience leading a Small/ Mid Sized business - (experience from Start up - Scale Up ideal!)
Expertise in advanced manufacturing & engineering processes Strong skills in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.
Degree in engineering (Chartered Engineer status preferred).
