About the Job:Over the past three years, backed by seed and sweat equity, the start-up has established significant technological and operational foundations to support the launch, effectively mitigating associated risks.
They are now seeking a talented and entrepreneurial CTO and co-founder to join their management team and collaborate with accomplished founders who have invested funds and leveraged personal resources to build a business with unicorn aspirations.
Primary Responsibilities:Reporting directly to the CEO, the CTO will have global responsibility for establishing and leading the technical vision, including the development and deployment of a cutting-edge SaaS platform powered by next-generation prescriptive AI.Play a critical role in shaping and guiding the future growth and development of the organisation.Recruit and lead an experienced and innovative technical team.Develop a multi-year technology roadmap from concept to market, aligning with specific deadlines and budget requirements.Collaborate with management to link market opportunities to specific technological efforts.Required Qualifications:Proven experience as a CTO within a successful international company.Expertise in building integrated data solutions for enterprise clients and developing polished mobile front ends and responsive applications.Strong leadership capabilities with experience hiring and leading teams of exceptional technologists, fostering an environment that attracts and retains top talent.A customer-first philosophy, underscored by a significant dose of empathy.Proficiency in full-stack enterprise development with a focus on building native, scalable cloud applications.Additional Must-Haves:High familiarity with deep learning and machine learning technologies.Direct start-up experience, preferably in a technology-driven environment.Experience in enterprise applications and search implementations.This is a unique opportunity for a visionary technologist to join and influence a promising start-up at a foundational level, driving innovation and growth in a dynamic market.
