CTO is required by fast growing and highly successful organisation.
You will lead a team of circa 10 people in a hands on tech leadership role.
You must be prepared to roll your sleeves up and get actively involved, particularly in managing projects.
Key Responsibilities: Technology Strategy & Leadership: Shape and communicate their tech strategies and innovations to key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Team Management & Development: Lead a collaborative, high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Product Development & Innovation: Drive the creation and deployment of technology solutions ensuring best practices in infrastructure, development, system architecture, and data security.
Customer Delivery: Ensure their platform's scalability, reliability, and performance, while safeguarding customer data through top-tier security practices.
Compliance & Risk Management: Maintain adherence to relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices across all tech initiatives.
What They Are Looking For: Proven experience as a CTO or Tech Leader Hands on tech leadership (happy to do project management) Experience working for an SME Multi-site experience A do-er, experience in fast paced environment Experience working with a PE backed business Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degrees or certifications are a plus) Excellent training and career development opportunities exist for the right candidate.
Based Surrey Basic salary £100-120,000 + bonus + benefits
