What You'll Do: Lead & Manage the CSIRT Team: Oversee a skilled team of security professionals and external suppliers.
Incident & Vulnerability Management: Handle security incidents from minor to critical levels, ensuring a swift, effective response.
Tool & Process Innovation: Drive the delivery and operation of new security tools, services, and processes.
Strategic Development: Contribute to the development of security roadmaps and strategies, focusing on IT/OT security integration.
What We're Looking For: Cyber Security Expertise: Extensive experience in IT Security Operations, ideally within global organisations.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing teams and external suppliers to deliver results.
Incident Management Experience: Strong background in managing high-impact security incidents.
Security Tools & Services: Hands-on experience with penetration testing, red teaming, and forensics.
Strategic Insight: Ability to shape IT security strategy and product roadmaps.
