Join one of the UK's top, independent cruise agencies as a Cruise Amendments Specialist!
For this exciting opportunity, you'll need previous experience of working with cruise lines and tailor-made holidays, as you offer top customer service to customers looking to make changes to their existing cruise holidays.
Our client's ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of the cruise sector, systems and the framework that creates tailor-made holidays.
Previous post cruise and tailor-made experience is essential for this position and our client is looking for candidates who have worked in the same or a similar role.
In return they can offer a basic salary up to £28,000, Mon – Fri, maximum 2 Saturdays a month, working hours from 8am – 6pm on a rota basis and excellent benefits including fam trips, a day off on your birthday and private medical health care.
The role can be office based in Greater Manchester / Hybrid or Fully Homebased.
