Working directly with client stakeholders, you'll drive the discovery process to uncover business challenges and technology gaps, then design and implement solutions that unlock efficiencies and create real business impact.
In this role, you'll collaborate with Development and Solutions teams to scope, document, and execute complex CRM integrations and configurations.
You'll also support pre-sales efforts by offering technical expertise, delivering custom demos, and ensuring smooth transitions to the Solutions Team post-sale.
What you'll do: Solution Design & Architecture: Lead discovery sessions, define data models, and map out tailored solutions that align HubSpot CRM with business objectives.
Manage CRM Integrations: Oversee end-to-end CRM implementations and integrations with other SaaS platforms, ensuring seamless execution.
Project Leadership: Manage project roadmaps, timelines, and resources, while communicating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Training & Client Support: Lead client onboarding and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of HubSpot CRM and other integrated tools.
Pre-Sales Support: Partner with the Growth team to design custom demos and contribute technical expertise during the sales process for complex or upmarket deals.
Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay on top of new HubSpot features and SaaS trends, applying these insights to continually improve client systems.
Data Migration & QA: Take ownership of data migration projects, performing quality assurance and ensuring data accuracy.
Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior team members, helping them develop their technical skills and earn certifications in CRM systems and integrations.
About you: Experienced with 5+ years in a technical solutions architect role, ideally in CRM or SaaS technologies.
Highly proficient with HubSpot CRM, with hands-on experience in complex configurations, data models, and integrations.
Skilled at translating business needs into technical solutions that deliver measurable results.
A strong communicator with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive in keeping up to date with the latest CRM and SaaS trends, identifying opportunities to enhance client outcomes.
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
