Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented and analytical CRM Operations Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be integral to the daily operations, providing essential support in the card settlement and financial operations processes while also supporting the Customer Operations Specialist handling customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities: CRM Optimisation: Continuously look for ways to improve and streamline processes across the business using our CRM system while ensuring best in class data quality within our CRM system.
Documenting any changes to processes.  Daily Card Settlement Process: Ensure timely and accurate settlement of card transactions, working closely with our Technical Team to reconcile discrepancies and maintain smooth processing.
Reporting and Analysis: Support our finance team with reviewing customer rebate queries and reconciling customer payments.
You will also be responsible for reconciling supplier invoices before they are paid and gathering data to support regular regulatory or supplier submissions.  Customer Support: As we are a small team, you will assist the Customer Operations Specialist with responding to custom queries and issues when required.
Requirements: Previous experience with CRM systems and workflow logic.
Excellent problem-solving and reconciliation skills and a keen attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy Experience working in a regulated environment Behaviours: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex issues in a clear and concise manner Must be proactive and autonomous in their problem solving Analytical and strategic planner Decisive and comfortable with ambiguity What We Offer: Perkbox Benefits Platform Flexible working environment (hybrid options available) Opportunities for career development and growth
