CRM Manager / Junior Account Director x 2 (6 & 12-Month Contracts) – CRM Agency (Client Secondment) – To £50k pro rata – London, Bristol or Glasgow / Hybrid Fill exclusive!
This customer engagement agency is looking for two CRM Managers / Junior Account Directors / Senior Account Managers to dedicate their time to its longest-standing client – one of the world's energy big hitters.
There are two contract roles on offer: One for 12 months and the other for 6-months where you will be employed by the agency but embedded into the client's CRM team, so effectively you will be on secondment where you will gain invaluable client-side experience.
To be considered, you need three years' CRM experience gained within an integrated agency, CRM agency or on the client side.
The roles are hybrid, and you can be located in London, Glasgow or Bristol to qualify.
Meeting attendance in these locations can be expensed.

The CRM Manager / Junior Account Director / Senior Account Manager roles You will work on a client that has a very solid 10-year relationship with the agency.
You will be responsible for the development and execution of CRM campaigns, specifically email and direct mail, around the topic of zero carbon living.
The ideal candidate is a real team player, good strategically, with a can-do attitude who thrives on a challenge and is willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
The essentials • At least three years' CRM experience from either the agency or client side – ideally within utilities or transferable skills from a similar regulated environment • Proven experience in CRM and development of marketing plans • Experience in CRM strategy and the execution of email and direct mail campaigns • Proficient in forecasting of campaigns and developing business cases for proposed strategies • Ability to develop data-driven customer contact strategies Work from home policy This is a unique hybrid role, working from home for the majority of the time, but requiring 1-2 days of face-to-face meetings every three weeks, either in London, Bristol or Glasgow, with the client's CRM team.
The agency is happy to consider candidates in either the London, Bristol or Glasgow areas on the basis that you are happy to travel for meetings (all expenses paid!).
