Their innovative product has created a new category and captured the imagination of outdoor enthusiasts and lifestyle influencers alike.

They're looking for a CRM specialist to develop their customer engagement strategy from the ground up.

You'll Be Perfect If You Have:
- 3-5 years CRM/email marketing experience
- Klaviyo platform experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong analytical skills
- Campaign management expertise
- Passion for the outdoor lifestyle
Salary to c. £50k.
The office is located close to Southampton, Hampshire.
