Crm Manager

A financial services provider based in London is recruiting a CRM Manager to design and implement the CRM / cross-sell strategies for the defined geography.
Responsibilities: Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform , ensuring platform operates at efficiently as possible Conduct regular review meetings with partners, ensuring alignment on goals and strategies.
Contribute to the strategic direction of the company's Marketing CRM efforts, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business goals.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer segmentation, targeting, and engagement strategies within the Marketing CRM.
Supervise email and push notification communications, ensuring timely, relevant, and personalized outreach.
Ensure all CRM activities comply with privacy regulations and best practices.
Requirements: B2C financial services is preferred but other B2C channels would be considered.
Previous CRM experience in a fast-paced start-up/ scale-up environment is preferred.
Hands on and strategic experience in CRM, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful campaigns and automated journeys.
Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM software.
Significant proven experience in integrated loyalty and retention marketing campaigns and activity across all aspects of the marketing mix, above and below the line.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ideally educated to degree level.
