The Opportunity: The team is on the lookout for a CRM Manager who will dive into shaping and driving CRM strategy across valuable international markets.
Reporting directly to the Head of Product Marketing, this role offers plenty of visibility and influence with key business stakeholders.
You'll lead initiatives to boost sales and deepen customer engagement, taking charge of strategies that deliver real results.
In this role, you'll refine customer segmentation, ensuring every message is personalized and perfectly timed to resonate with the audience.
Plus, you'll design captivating, creative campaigns that seamlessly complement the efforts of the Brand, Performance, and Partnerships teams.

This role is perfect for a driven and experienced Associate Manager ready to level up, or a Manager with up to a year of experience at this level.

About You: Proven experience in B2C and B2B (ideally) to drive marketplace growth- but this is a predominantly B2C role.
