Your Key Responsibilities: Retention Strategy: Develop and execute retention strategies across CRM, email, SMS, and loyalty channels to keep customers coming back.
Customer Lifecycle: Map, optimise, and elevate the customer journey to maximise engagement and repeat sales.
Data-Driven Insights: Build analytics frameworks that provide actionable insights to guide decision-making and strategies.
Loyalty Program Innovation: Create and refine loyalty initiatives that deliver unforgettable customer experiences.
Campaign Leadership: Lead personalised and impactful email and SMS campaigns, ensuring they resonate with the brand's audience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive customer experiences across all touchpoints.
A/B Testing & Optimisation: Continuously test, analyse, and refine tactics to hit key retention metrics.
Trend Monitoring: Keep a pulse on the latest trends, ensuring the brand remains ahead in retention and customer engagement strategies.
The person Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience in CRM, or lifecycle marketing—ideally in fashion brand.
Analytical Skills: Comfort with tools like Google Analytics, Shopify and Ideally experience using Klaviyo, leveraging customer data to drive strategy.
Proven Expertise: A strong track record in managing email, SMS, and loyalty programs that deliver measurable results.
