The role requires end to end campaign management across email, SMS and direct mail channels.What will you be doing in the role?Creating campaign briefs to brief the creative agency on any design needed and brief the content team to ensure that copy and messaging is delivered on time.Segmenting data and importing into the CRM platform- Marigold.Building the campaigns within the templates and ensuring they are sent out on time.Post-campaign reporting and analysis.Experience and personal attributes needed:Previous experience in a CRM role.An inquisitive and pro-active mindset.Excellent communication and project management skills.A numerate and analytical brain.Experience in either a B2B or B2C business where you have been responsible for driving leads and/or revenue.If you're looking for an exciting new role to start in January, and you feel you have the right experience, apply today as interviews will be happening before the Christmas break.Ref 50283AA123
