Details of the offer

Who are we? Lumon is a leading foreign currency exchange and international payments company which enables effortless overseas payments and corporate currency management by uniting people, technology & expertise.
We help companies expand their businesses globally, be that paying international suppliers and staff, receiving funds in from international clients, or managing currency risk in their balance sheets; and we help individual customers complete complex overseas property transactions seamlessly through a combination of great value, high levels of service and deep expertise in navigating foreign exchange and currency markets.
Backed by Pollen Street Capital, a leading UK private equity fund, we are experiencing high revenue and profit growth with an ambitious vision to build the world's most trusted currency partner. We are passionate about what we do, and we believe helping people and companies achieve their goals is more valuable than just moving their money.
What is the role? We're looking for a resourceful CRM Executive to build Lumon's relationship with new and existing customers who are looking for currency exchange and management services.
You'll be creative, technical and data-driven in your responsibility for the end-to-end execution of our CRM marketing campaigns and outbound customer communications to both private and corporate customers. You'll enjoy a collaborative role, working in partnership with our sales, marketing and product teams to deliver best in class communications and digital customer experiences that secure both customer loyalty and profitable growth for the business.
With a passion for technology and how it can drive innovation, you will ensure the technical excellence of our CRM campaigns and meet the highest performance benchmarks on deliverability, engagement and customer response.
This is a critical role for the CRM team and you'll play a supporting role in the development of our wider marketing strategy and ongoing development of the Lumon customer experience and proposition. You can expect high levels of access and exposure to marketing and senior leadership and ongoing professional development support in a collaborative, supportive and inclusive team & culture.
What will you be doing day to day? Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager and working alongside another CRM Executive and a CRM Data Manager, you'll be responsible for creating, building and maintaining a scalable, robust and efficient communications programme. Creating email designs and content that are fully on-brand and accessible, from copy and tone of voice through to user experience, developing fully responsive templates that are optimised for different browsers and devices. Understanding our customers and leveraging data points to drive relevancy and engagement in our base, creating lifecycle journeys that nurture different customer segments through each stage of the lifecycle; from acquisition through to retention. Refining testing processes to ensure campaign execution is to the highest standard in support of the CRM team's strategy. Harnessing a data-driven mindset to create innovative customer experiences, such as dynamic logic to build personalised content across multiple channels. Championing agile ways of working and an iterative approach that delivers on business objectives, ensuring maximum efficiency but with scrupulous attention to detail and a customer-first mindset. Analysing performance across channels to fuel our optimisation strategy and opportunity backlog, including engagement and commercial metrics, as well as deliverability and sender reputation. Ensure best-practice implementation and monitoring strategies - we own what we build; from concept through to bug-fixing and optimisation. Collaborating with relevant teams across marketing, product & technology to ensure accurate, reliable and seamless data transitions across the software ecosystem. Exploring areas of opportunity and making informed recommendations that will improve both the customer experience and efficiency for the CRM, marketing and sales teams. Ensuring all communication adheres to the relevant regulatory requirements e.g. GDPR. What experience do you need to be successful in the role? 3+ years experience in a similar role. Self-motivated, driven and has initiative, with ability to work at pace in a dynamic organisation. Expertise in dynamic content logic, particularly ampscripting language, live content tools and/or SQL query knowledge would be a bonus. Proficient expertise with HTML, CSS and JavaScript - optimized for email development. Strong understanding and able to implement best practice logic for triggering CRM campaigns. Experience using Microsoft Dynamics and various ESP software platforms. Excellent time management - must be able to plan time effectively and prioritise. Wants to work as part of a collaborative and close-knit team. Proven working knowledge of email best practice. Ability to translate business goals into technological solutions. Highly organised, with a strong attention to detail. You'll be highly ambitious with high levels of curiosity, low ego, a strong work ethic and you'll put the team's success ahead of your own. You'll have a career to date that demonstrates hard work, a focus on fulfilling your potential and enabling others around you to do the same. What can we offer you? A competitive salary. 25 days Annual leave, with a chance to purchase up to 5 additional days. Birthday day off. Free monthly company lunches.
