About the role: As our CRM Executive, you'll be responsible for day-to-day execution of campaigns and automations for our clients.
This will include everything from campaign management, to building emails to creating data segments and automations.
You will have the opportunity to support on the technical and execution side of things for a variety of exciting clients.
Technical skills are important for this role – it is key that you are familiar with CRM/ESP systems and are familiar with HTML & CSS and are familiar with building and launching emails.
You don't need to be a seasoned CRM marketer or an expert on the strategy side, but it's important that you've had exposure to CRM marketing and know the basics.
What to expect day-to-day: Building and launching email, sms, and push notification campaigns.
Building out automated campaigns.
Understanding the data structure and building data segmentation.
Creating dynamic content and personalisation within emails, sms, push notifications.
Proofing communications to ensure the highest standard, including checking all links, proofreading copy, and checking mobile/device rendering.
Working with stakeholders to coordinate amends and get approvals.
Managing content calendars and project management tools for our clients.
Chasing clients to get information required to deliver work (copy, image assets, etc.)
Creating reports on performance and making recommendations for optimisation of campaigns.
Making strategy and email best practice recommendations.
Experience and skills required (critical): Minimum 2+ years in a CRM role.
Knowledge of HTML & CSS Working knowledge of CRM and ESP systems, for example, Customer.io, Braze, Salesforce, HubSpot, Active Campaign and/or others.
Experience working with data and segmentation.
Experience with A/B testing of email campaigns Experience creating dynamic content and personalisation within emails Experience building out automations.
Great to have (but will not exclude you from fair consideration): Working knowledge and experience in Google Analytics and/or other reporting tools.
Resizing images for email using Photoshop or similar Copywriting experience Previous agency experience Our ideal candidate: Someone who is happy to take ownership of their own work and can get on with things without too much hand holding.

Salary & extras £30,000-£32,000 (d.o.e) Fully remote working Flexible working 30 days holiday +3 extra days between Christmas and New Years New business commission structure Place of work This position is fully remote from anywhere in the UK and offers flexi-working options.
Must be fluent in English, live within the UK and have the right to work unrestricted in the UK.
Must be willing to travel into London at least twice a year for face to face team meetings.
There may be occasional travel onsite to visit clients, who are based throughout the UK.
