The Role: We seek a creative, data-driven, and highly motivated CRM Executive to assist with CRM campaigns and database growth.
This role will be responsible for executing CRM campaigns to enhance participant engagement, increase retention, and optimize customer lifetime value across all segments of our audience.
This role will require knowledge of CRM systems, ticketing and registration providers, email/SMS marketing, data analytics, and loyalty programs.
This role may require international travel to supertri professional and mass participation events.
Position Location: Remote - UK Responsibilities: Email & SMS Management: Coordinate, execute, and optimize email and SMS/MMS marketing campaigns from planning to deployment.
Assist in the creation of email content, ensuring it aligns with supertri's goals, tone, and resonates with target audiences.
Manage audience segmentation and personalization to deliver relevant messaging and increase engagement.
Implement A/B tests on subject lines, content, and CTAs to drive higher open and click-through rates.
Develop and optimize personalized customer journeys across email and SMS channels.
Effectively execute growth campaigns and lead generation strategies CRM Data Management: Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Support in analyzing customer data and segmenting the audience for targeted campaigns.
Assist with integrating customer data from various sources into the CRM to improve customer profiles.
Collaborate with the marketing team, athlete services team, and CRM & Lifecycle manager to develop customer journey maps and lifecycle marketing strategies.
Analysis & Reporting: Track and report on key metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates).
Analyze performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for future campaigns.
Regularly provide insights and reports to the CRM & Lifecycle manager and marketing team Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all email campaigns comply with industry regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with CRM and email marketing trends, tools, and best practices to improve campaigns.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) and email/SMS marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, DotDigital).
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email formatting.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics or other reporting tools.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
