As our client's CRM Executive for the UK market, you'll lead the charge in crafting cutting-edge CRM strategies that captivate, retain, and re-engage our casino players.
You'll collaborate with high performing teams across departments and take user experience to the next level.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis out of our client's London office.
Our client's multicultural award winning team excels in various domains including Marketing, Affiliation Marketing, Development, Web Design, Content, Analysis, Software Development, and Customer Service within the global igaming industry.
What you'll be doing: Design and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns focused on conversion, retention, and reactivation.
Dive deep into customer segments and lifecycle stages to optimize the user journey and boost ROI.
Use data to monitor and refine CRM campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement and maximum impact.
Work cross-functionally with design, development, customer support, and more to deliver a seamless user experience.
Stay ahead of industry trends and market demands to keep us at the top of our game.
What you bring: Knowledge of UK market trends and online gaming products in particular- Casino.
Proven experience in CRM Familiarity with CRM platforms like Optimove and a track record of running successful multichannel campaigns.
Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on ROI and customer lifecycle optimisation.
Excellent relationship-building skills and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
