We're looking for a highly motivated CRM Enrolment Advisor to join our dynamic team.

Role Details: Engage with customers: Provide exceptional service to prospective students and internal stakeholders, anticipating and meeting their needs with efficiency and professionalism.
Sales & Reporting: Manage a sales pipeline, consistently meeting and exceeding targets while maintaining accurate reporting for senior management.
Database & CRM Management: Work with internal databases (preferably SITS) to run reports and track progress, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
Collaborate & Organise: Work closely with other team members to streamline processes, manage priorities, and maintain a calm and organised approach under pressure.
What We're Looking For: Essential: Proven experience in a telesales environment with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong phone etiquette with the ability to build rapport and relationships with leads and customers.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Proficient with CRM systems and working with data.
Highly organised, detail-focused, and capable of managing competing priorities.
Desirable: Experience within a university team and/or customer-facing role.
Familiarity with databases (SITS) and generating reports.
