Crm Data Analyst

Continuing with OCU Groups significant growth we now have an opportunity for an experienced CRM Data Analyst to join our Business Development team in our Stockport Head Office.
Themain purpose of the role will begathering analysing and interpreting data to support the organisation.
This role involves generating reports and providing actionable insights and changes that align with the companys strategic objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities Managing and interpreting company requirements.
To work with and keep the CRM system up to date with all necessary information.
Implementing systems to help the optimisation of data efficiency and data quality.
Analysing large datasets to identify trends patterns and insights that can inform business decisions.
Develop CRM & other systems to improve efficiencies with new processes as needed.
Develop & prepare daily reports for the management Executive team and other key stakeholders.
Respond to and deal with internal and external communication by email and telephone.
Working closely with the internal & external teams to assist with technical issues and queries.
Attend any relevant training sessions to ensure you are fully equipped to perform your duties effectively and attend management meetings as required.
Undertake any other duties which can be reasonably asked of a manager as required by the operation.
Skills and Experience Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Advanced Excel skills.
Familiarity with CRM software ideally Dynamics good IT Knowledge.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
