THE ROLE As a CRM Campaign Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
You will be embedded in one of their retail client's CRM teams Building campaigns as well as managing internal stakeholders and the client's stakeholders You will be running existing email triggers, loyalty campaigns and BAU You will work alongside client services who will be managing the governance side of things Your Skills And Experience Previous CRM experience Hands-on experience with setting up multi-channel campaigns Experience with any CRM tool like Braze, Bloomreach, Salesforce, Adobe Retail/Agency experience is a plus How To Apply To express your interest, send your CV to Valentine by clicking the apply button below
