To service the site effectively, you would be looking after a team of 16 engineers deployed on a 24/7 shift basis, with their duties covering M&E maintenance, fabric repairs and small proj

Ensure the Safe Systems of Work governance, process and procedure are trained, implemented, operated and upheld to the highest s tandardEnsure all statutory requirements, governance, process and procedure are trained, implemented, operated and upheld to the highest standards in line with an undertaken routine compliance audit, ensuring all engineering activities are aligned with current legislation and codes of pr actice.Conduct audits to ensure compliance with the safe systems of work and in order to identify opportunities for improvement in areas of engineering exce llence.Provide technical support to the company operations manager, in line with on-going key contract delive rables.To obtain Electrical AP status in relevant discipline for assigne d site.Ensure the effective management and monitoring of closed water systems and domestic water systems is undertaken and maintained in line with the Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) L8 & Statutory compliance requir ements.Ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to in all respects and, all documentation is maintained providing accurate records/documentation associated with all engineering requir ements.Ensure the Critical Environment Process is followed at all times.Provide effective and structure communication with operations team, clients and key stakeholders to ensure all matters with potential to impact the business are communicated in a timely manner.Provide professional, specialist and technical instruction and advice in support of the onsite team, supply partners/service providers and colleagues across the company N etwork.Act as the client interface on all technical matters, developing close collaborative working relatio nships.To assist with the control and management of visiting contractors to ensure that the standards of Health & Safety Law and practises are maintained and adhe red to.
