Critical Care Healthcare Support Worker

Job overview Are you looking to become part of a strong cohesive nursing team working within the Critical Care environment?We currently have vacancies within our Specialist Intensive Care Unit at the Churchill Hospital (CICU) and Oxford Critical Care (OCC).
We are looking to appoint enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic individuals who will enhance our friendly team and assist with the delivery of high quality care to those using our service.
Main duties of the job As a member of the Critical Care team the healthcare support worker must be able to prioritise and contribute to the delivery of high standards of care to patients, families and their carers in a safe and supportive environment under the direction of a registered practitioner.
As part of the wider team the healthcare support worker will assist in developing and maintaining services provided to patients and contribute to the safe, efficient and smooth running of the ward/clinical area/department maintaining the dignity and privacy of all patients and their families and carers and respect their right to confidentiality at all times.
