The firm is a progressive, forward-thinking employer, offering flexibility and a progressive pathway to excel your career to the next level.The team provides high-quality legal advice and services in various private and legally aided disciplines, including Criminal Defence.Responsibilities for this position will include: Develop and handle a caseload of crime work, including representation at the Police Station and Crown CourtParticipate in the out-of-hours rota for Police Station attendanceActively develop and maintain local and regional networks to attract and secure new businessProvide high-quality client care and maintain professionalism and integrity at all timesBuild and maintain relationships with clients, professionals and third partiesWhat we are looking for:Ability to run your own caseload autonomouslyCompetence in marketing and building a caseloadStrong advocacy skills with the ability and willingness to conduct own advocacyProcedural and technical competence in criminal lawAbility to work to short deadlines, under pressure, and to financial targetsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailPC literate with proficiency in Word, Excel and OutlookExcellent verbal and written communication skillsIf you are an enthusiastic individual looking to thrive within a strong team and positive environment, I encourage you to apply!#INDMAL
