Key Responsibilities: Provide expert legal guidance to clients on their rights, potential defences, and legal outcomes.Conduct in-depth case analysis to develop a robust defence strategy.Represent clients by instructing counsel and liaising with barristers for court proceedings.Keep up-to-date with relevant laws, precedents, and statutes that may impact client cases.Collaborate with external experts, such as forensic experts and investigators, to support the defence strategy.Provide occasional out-of-hours phone support on a rotational basis.Adhere to the highest ethical standards, maintain confidentiality, and work in the best interests of our clients.

Non-motoring experience in criminal law will also be considered.Qualified Solicitor with 3 years' PQE and a Law Degree (2:2 or higher), CiLEX, or equivalent.Strong written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, excellent negotiation skills, and proficiency in case management systems like Proclaim.Analytical thinker, organised, resilient, empathetic, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.
