We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Criminal Defence Direct team, providing essential telephone legal advice to clients detained at police stations.
This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience, with Police Station Accreditation offered as part of the role—an excellent stepping stone for your legal career.
Key Responsibilities: Provide clear, concise legal advice over the phone to police station detainees Manage and progress cases efficiently while meeting commercial targets Collaborate with supervisors and team leaders to ensure high-quality service delivery Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely follow-up on all cases Deliver empathetic, professional client care during high-stress situations Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards at all times Qualifications and Skills: LPC graduates are encouraged to apply Knowledge of criminal law is advantageous but not essential Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills High ethical standards and respect for confidentiality Benefits: Opportunity to gain Police Station Accreditation Hands-on experience in criminal law Supportive, collaborative work environment Company pension scheme 33  days annual leave including bank holidays - pro rata Professional membership payments Professional development Employee referral scheme Birthday leave Additional long service leave If you're a proactive LPC graduate eager to grow in criminal law, apply now to join our dynamic team!
