Job Title: Cricket Coach - Women's Lead Coach Reports to: Director of women's and girls' cricket at RPCC Location: Reigate Priory Cricket Club (summer) + Indoor Winter Venue T.B.C.
Contract Term: Feb-April, April- Sept (concurrent) Salary: Hourly Rate, this will be determined based on factors such as Qualification, Experience and skills within the successful applicants C.V.

The Role: Reporting to the Director of Women's and Girls Cricket the successful candidate will be expected to lead the women's senior coaching and support the women's senior match programme for RPCC.
Liaising and working alongside the Director of Cricket, Captains, Players and Support coaches to create a standard which encourages players to be the best they can be in a competitive environment.
We are looking for the successful candidate to be enthusiastic, qualified and reliable.
This role could be combined with other opportunities within the Junior/Senior sections.

Principal Responsibilities: Delivering winter training to our women's senior squad Feb-April Delivering training throughout the summer season April -Sept. Senior women's training is held on a Wednesday 6-8 pm the set up/ pack up time will be outside these hours but time allocated Supporting the Women's teams where possible on match days.
These are typically played on a Sunday or mid-week for T20 fixtures Plan and prepare dynamic training sessions that encourage and stretch our players Plan and Prepare specific skill development training in the players discipline Advice may be sought by the senior women's Captains regarding selection, although the Captains decision will remain final Skills/Knowledge and Experience: Reliable with strong time management Self-Motivated and have a passion for coaching/development Minimum E.C.B./ Core Coaching Level 2.
Level 3 desirable but not essential Valid E.C.B.
Enhanced D.B.S.
and Safeguarding Certificate First Aid Trained desirable but not essential.
