Overview Role Of A CleanerIf you are applying for the Overnight Cleaning role there are many tasks involved, Although not all are listed here are a few that you will be responsible for:Back room area tidy and Clean, This includes underneath sink, and pipesTake all rubbish out and roll out the bigger bins for the bin menClean bins out, and wash themPut all dirty cloths in the wash Set all clean cloths in the rack ready to be usedEmpty out Fat strippers / collectors, wash out and put backDeep cleaning the grill, pull forward, clean all around the backAll oil vats to be emptied using a machine, clean out all areas of the station and put all equipment backSweep floors, mop floors Scrub Legs and wheels of stationsWashing all equipment that has been used on the previous shiftClen crew room, empty table, bins, sweep and mopFreezer and chillers to be emptied out, walls, floors and shelves to be cleanedAgain as already explain this role isnt the most glorified role, you must be aware its a role that is greasy and not the best smell to be around.
