What you'll be doing To arrange flights, hotel accommodation and transport as required for crew prior to on-signing or following off-signing, clients, service engineers or any other visitors to the UK.
To arrange training courses for clients or crew as required.
To assist with visa applications and other immigration requirements.
To arrange medical assistance for ill/injured crew and routine medicals as required.
To arrange launch vessels / crew boats / helicopters for vessels that do not port call.
Assist other offices with crew changes, as required.
Additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

Other requirements A strong administrator, with previous experience in a crew coordinator role.
Highly organised and efficient working manner.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, able to liaise with people at all levels.
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
Strong problem-solving skills, and able to use initiative.
Self-motivated, able to multi-task and prioritise to meet deadlines.
Team player, who is also able to work well independently.
Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible and proactive approach to work.
Good IT skills (MS Office – outlook, word, excel, PowerPoint).
Experience of working within a positive health and safety culture.
A clean, current driving licence.
